This classic Italian dessert has been adapted into frozen form. It is made with vanilla, mascarpone cream cheese, espresso, and cocoa powder!
We start with caramel ice cream that is tastefully salted with the finest sea salt from the Big Sur Salts. Then we add family made caramel from Le Caramel to complete this gooey masterpiece! Sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies made locally in San Luis Obispo.
